The Suns have reportedly informed Chris Paul that he will be waived, making the 12-time All-Star a free agent this offseason, according to Bleacher Report’s Chris Haynes.

Paul has played his last three seasons with Phoenix. Following the Suns’ loss to the Nuggets in the playoffs, the franchise was reportedly interested in examining his value on the market before having to make a decision on his 2023-24 salary by June 28, according to ESPN’s Tim MacMahon.

Like in other postseasons, Paul struggled to stay healthy as he missed the Suns’ final four games of the series with a left groin strain.
