Billy Hendrix has been named Vice President of Food & Beverage at Paragon Casino Resort.
Hendrix returns to Paragon after seven years at Isle of Capri Casino Hotel, Natchez. While there, Hendrix held positions as Food and Beverage Director and Casino Shift Operations Manager. From 1999 – 2005, Hendrix worked at Paragon as Manager of the Market Place Buffet and as Manager of Roxy’s Diner.
“Billy’s knowledge of the casino industry and his managerial experience in food and beverage are second to none,” said Chris Barbry, Acting General Manager at Paragon. “We are very glad to welcome Billy back to Marksville, and to the Paragon executive team.”
Hendrix holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Louisiana State University, where he also lettered in football, playing three seasons with the L.S.U. Tigers. He currently serves on the board of directors for the United Way of Natchez, Mississippi.
