Home Bank adds three to leadership team

Home Bank is pleased to announce the addition of three talented professionals to its leadership team.

Kristy Doucet-Touchet has joined the company as Vice President/Human Resources Director. Touchet brings extensive Human Resources experience to Home Bank. Her background includes roles as Human Resources Director, Senior Recruiter and Advertising and Brand Manager, most recently with Quality Companies USA in Youngsville, Louisiana. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration both from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Acadiana Society for Human Resources Management and will serve as the President Elect for 2016. Touchet also holds a Professional in Human Resources and SHRM-CP Certifications.

Angela Badeaux has joined the company as First Vice President/Property and Facilities Manager. Badeaux brings over 27 years of banking and facilities management experience to Home Bank. For 25 years, she served in several key roles for Teche Federal Bank, including identifying locations, and designing and building branches. She brings a depth of knowledge in property management and project management most recently serving as Vice President-Corporate Real Estate/Property Manager for Iberiabank. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University’s Graduate School of Banking and is a Certified Training Professional from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Natalie Lemoine has joined the company as Vice President/Marketing Director. Lemoine brings over 18 years of marketing experience to Home Bank.  During her time as Vice President/Media Director of the Graham Group, she helped her clients develop innovative marketing and media approaches for building their brands with a focus on increasing their customer bases. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations from Loyola University New Orleans. She brings a depth of experience in handling marketing initiatives for financial institutions over the years throughout Louisiana and along the East Coast.
