APD arrests three local women in theft case

On October 19, 2015 – Alexandria Police responded to a vehicle burglary in the 3300 Block of Masonic Drive. Upon arrival, the complainant/victim reported the suspects took a small dog that was left in the truck. A report was generated and assigned to A.P.D. detectives.

Detectives were able to identify the suspects and affected an arrest on October 21, 2015.

The puppy was recovered and returned to its owner unharmed. Arrested were:

Roylesha Osteen, 19 of Alexandria, was charged with:

1 Count – Simple Burglary

Umika Osteen, 38 of Alexandria, was charged with:

1 Count – Simple Burglary
1 Count – Contempt of Court, (warrant)

Lakiva Hubbard, 22 of Alexandria, was charged with:

1 Count – Simple Burglary
