APD arrests multiple people in prostitution case

The Central Louisiana Safe Streets Task Force conducted an investigation into complainants of possible prostitution this past weekend, August 28 & 29, 2015 in the Alexandria area. The investigation resulted in the following arrest and charges.

Franjessica Smith, 23 of Jackson, Miss. has been charged with:

1 Count – Poss Marijuana
1 Count – Brokering Prostitution
1 Count – Introduction Contraband Penal system
1 Count – Poss CDS II

Lindsey Hutto, 32 of Jackson, Miss. has been charged with:

1 Count – Prostitution

Quentin Russell, 33 of Jackson, Miss. has been charged:

1 Count – Inciting Prostitution

Brandy Kaderly, 38 of Pineville, has been charged with:

1 Count – Prostitution

John Valley, 47 of Alexandria, has been charged with:

1 Count – Prostitution

Daniel Lee Casey, 30 of Alexandria, has been charged with:

1 Count – Inciting Prostitution
1 Count – Probation Violation

All arrested were transported to the Rapides Parish Detention Center for booking.

This investigation is ongoing and no other details are available for release at this time.
