UPDATE (02/16/2023): As of February 16, 2023, the Monroe Police Department is still looking for Isszvian Webb, who is wanted for a shooting that took place on February 5, 2023, on South 12th Street. According to officials, Webb allegedly fired gunshots at authorities with an AR-15-style rifle.

UPDATE (02/07/2023): On February 7, 2023, officials confirmed with NBC 10 that a cash reward of up to $10,000 is being offered to anyone who provides the information leading up to the arrest or grand jury indictment of Isszvian Webb. Webb is wanted for three counts of Attempted First-Degree Murder.

MONROE, La. (KTVE/KARD) — The Monroe Police Department is working in the area of the 1600 block of S. 12th Street and Parkview. Officers and detectives are searching for a suspect involved in a shooting that occurred today at approximately 3:21 PM in the 1600 Block of S. 8th Street. 

The suspect is described as a slender Black male in his late teens or early twenties. The suspect was last seen wearing dark clothing and running east from the scene of the crime.
