(WNTZ) – The lockdown at Alexandria Senior High School has been lifted as the threat was unfounded.

We can confirm that the Alexandria Senior High School has been placed on lockdown due to an alleged threat.
The school administration, the School Resource Officer along with the Alexandria Police Department, and Louisiana State Police, are investigating the alleged threat.
